• There are no returns, exchanges or credits.
• Products are not shipped until payment in full is made and collected.
• We do not accept liability for website downtime or errors.
• The HorseConch name and logo are trademark protected and may not be used, reproduced or copied without the prior written consent of C2Q  Enterprises, LL
• Abusive behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam will not be permitted and are subject to removal and deletion as well as cancellation of the customer account.
